Abstract
We describe a new technique which includes motion within the evidence gathering process of the Hough transform to detect moving parametric s hapes. Experimental results show that this new technique offers increa sed noise immunity and improved performance, especially in cases of pa rtial occlusion. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science B.V.
