E. Dacruz et al., LEFT ISOMERISM WITH TETRALOGY OF FALLOT AND ANOMALOUS SYSTEMIC AND PULMONARY VENOUS CONNECTIONS, Cardiology in the young, 8(1), 1998, pp. 131-133
The association of left isomerism with interruption and azygos continu
ation of the inferior caval vein, anomalous connection of the right pu
lmonary veins to the right atrium, an interatrial communication of sin
us venosus type, and tetralogy of Fallot with right aortic arch and an
omalous coronary artery has been observed in a 6-month-old patient. As
far as we are aware, the association of these congenital cardiac malf
ormations has not previously been reported in patients with isomeric l
eft atrial appendages.
