Ba. Aronzon et al., STUDIES OF MAGNETORESISTANCE AND HALL-EFFECT IN INSULATING FE SIO2 GRANULAR FILMS/, Physica status solidi. b, Basic research, 205(1), 1998, pp. 151-155
The Hall effect and magnetoresistance in Fe/SiO2 granular metals have
been studied below;he metal-insulator transition in the regime of hopp
ing conductivity. The Hall resistivity rises with decreasing Fe fracti
on and its value is much higher than that expected. The magnetoresista
nce is negative in close vicinity of the transition point and is posit
ive far away from it. The even voltage between Hall probes reflects ti
le reconstruction of percolation cluster showing the absence of self-a
veraging.
