Abstract
The strategic use of available surplus steam turbo-alternators and pum p or mill drives in the sugar industry can be most attractive from a t echnical, commercial, and scheduling viewpoint and such equipment or o pportunities should not be overlooked when assessing the best solution to any power project or mechanical drive application.
