Abstract
Using Weisbord's model of organizational diagnosis, researchers develo ped the Student Organization Environment Scales to measure students' p erception of the psychosocial environment or climate of college studen t organizations. Development of the instrument is described, and estim ates of its reliability and validity are reported.
