Introduction: Parvovirus B19 infection is a very polymorphic eruption.
We describe a new clinical form. Case report: A 4-year-old child was
hospitalized for a painful acrocyanosis localised at the feet and the
tip of the nose, which disappeared without any treatment in three week
s. The screening revealed a parvovirus B19 infection. Discussion: This
eruption differs from the classic ''gloves and socks syndrome'' becau
se of the presence of plantar and nasal painful erythrocyanosis and th
e young age of the child.
