Abstract
A new method for the determination of the electroosmotic mobility was presented in this paper. The ''sample zone'' itself was used as a mark er of the electroosmotic flow. The elution time of the sample zone fro m the capillary was derived from the position of the electrophoretic c urrent step. Based on it the mobility of electroosmotic flow can be ca lculated. The results was well in agreement with those of the neutral marker method. Furthermore, the present method was easy to operate and need no additive equipments.
