Abstract
Several academic and industrial organizations are developing displays based on organic electroluminescent (GEL) materials. Once the function al capabilities and expected lifetimes of organic displays are firmly established, OEL technology can be used to improve human interfaces in products such as hand-held terminals. This paper presents optical met hods for testing the performance and reliability of OEL displays. (C) 1997 Published by Elsevier Science S.A.
