ADULT MESOBLASTIC NEPHROMA - CASE-REPORT AND REVIEW OF LITERATURE

The subject of this report is a 52-year-old female patient suffering f rom a mesoblastic nephroma in the area of the right pelvicalyceal syst em. It is to be emphasised that the adult mesoblastic nephroma is a ra re tumourous disease that has yet to be clearly classified. Due to the low malignancy level of this kind of tumor, the sole surgical therapy of renal resection or in nephrectomy appears sufficient. Adjuvant che motherapy is not necessary in adults.
