Abstract
Monoclonal antibodies were used to immunolocate proteoglycans in bovin e skeletal muscle and adipose connective tissues. Intense stainings wi th the anti-decorin antibody were observed in the epimysium, perimysiu m and adipose connective tissues. Weak but positive immunostainings fo r chondroitin sulphate were also observed in these tissues.
