Abstract
Thin TiN and Diamond Like Coatings (DLC) were created by a technologic al process and by Dual Beam IBAD technique on pure iron enriched at th e surface in Fe-57. The local microscopic electron states at the inter faces were studied by Conversion Electron Mossbauer Spectroscopy while the long range migrations bf element were concluded from Rutherford B ack Scattering Spectroscopy.
