Abstract
Oculodermal melanocytosis (nevus of Ota) is an abnormally large accumu lation of pigment in ocular tissues as well as the skin in the distrib ution of the trigeminal nerve. Elevated intraocular pressure is a seri ous complication of this disease, as well as transformation of maligna nt melanoma. We report a case of nevus of Ota, documented clinically a nd histopathologically, associated with severe chronic glaucoma.
