Abstract
The advantages and disadvantages of the one-pot multi-substrate screen ing in asymmetric catalysis are discussed. The specific case of asymme tric reduction of ketones has been studied and is examplified by boran e reduction catalyzed by an oxazaborolidine derived from (S)-diphenylp roline.
