Abstract
Analytical approximations ate constructed for binding energies, quantu m-mechanical sizes and oscillator strengths of main radiative transiti ons of hydrogen atoms arbitrarily moving in magnetic fields similar to 10(12)-10(13) G. Examples of using the obtained approximations for de termination of maximum transverse velocity of an atom and for the eval uation of absorption spectra in magnetic neutron-star atmospheres are presented.
