Hereditary papulotranslucent acrokeratoderma (HPA) is a rare autosomal
dominant genodermatosis, characterized by persistent, asymptomatic, y
ellow-white translucent papules and plaques of the hands and feet, A c
ase of HPA is presented and the literature of this variant of punctate
keratoderma is reviewed.
