Abstract
Wie report a patient with severe chronic obstructive lung disease requ iring home oxygen, in whom increased pulmonary vascular resistance was associated with collateral flow from the left coronary circumflex art ery to the bronchial and pulmonary arteries. The anomaly was clearly d emonstrated by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) obtained before corona ry angiography. This case suggests that MRI could play an important ro le in the assessment of coronary anomalies.
