Abstract
An asymptomatic young woman was found to have a continuous machinery m urmur over the second right interspace near the sternum. Investigation s showed an arteriovenous fistula involving the right internal thoraci c artery and accompanying vein, Selective transcatheter embolization w as successfully performed.
