Abstract
The parameters characterizing the zeroth harmonics of invariant Landau -Migdal amplitudes near the nuclear surface are expressed in terms of an analytic continuation of the T matrix for free NN scattering to neg ative energies. A simple estimation of the asymptotic values of these parameters beyond the nuclear surface leads to results that are consis tent with the corresponding phenomenological values.
