The evolution of a bounded quark-gluon-plasma drop is considered on th
e basis of relativistic hydrodynamics. In the presence of the boundary
, the expanding and cooling of quark-gluon-plasma drop may appear to b
e oscillating processes occulting via the multiple traveling of rarefa
ction and compression waves through the plasma and leading to an incre
ase in the plasma lifetime. Within this picture, deflagration seems to
be the main possible way of hadronization. The slow-cooling mechanism
also leads to a significant enhancement of photon yield in relation t
o the Bjorken scenario.
