Abstract
A unique strategy known as the ''Voice Project'' engaged 70 student af fairs graduate students in an exploration of human differences, concen trating on issues of age, race and ethnicity, religion, and sexual ori entation. Outcomes of journal entries revealed steps students took in learning to see through the eyes of individuals different from themsel ves.
