Abstract
The paper is devoted to the determination of effective electromechanic al constants d(ij)(p), e(ij)(p), epsilon(kl)(sigma p) and s(fg)(E,p) o f polydomain LiNbO3 and LiNb0.1 Ta0.9O3 crystals at room temperature. 180 degrees domain structures considered here contain inclined plane w alls providing a significant anisotropy of piezoelectric constants e(i j)(p). The effect of such domain structures is established for the fir st time and discussed.
