Abstract
Interplast is a humanitarian charitable organization which sends plast ic surgery teams to developing countries or areas. Interplast-Germany has operated in Cochin, southwestern India on eight occasions since 19 84. The activities and experiences of the last five visits are reporte d in an attempt to stimulate others to participate in such projects or undertake new projects on their own.
