Abstract
The Lip sinus is a rare congenital anomaly, Lower Lip sinuses are rela tively more common than those in the upper lip. Sinuses in the lateral lip area are extremely rare. A total of 12 cases have been reported i n the literature. In this paper, a case of lateral upper lip sinus is presented. There were no associated anomalies and no family history. T he surgical management is discussed.
