ASSOCIATION OF KNUCKLE PADS AND PALMOPLANTAR AND PENILE CONTRACTURE AS CLINICAL MANIFESTATIONS OF POLYFIBROMATOSIS

Combined palmar, plantar and penile contracture with knuckle pads is r eported in the same patient, These are the different phenotypical mani festations of a common disorder originating in a genetic alteration of connective tissue. However, the simultaneous presentation of all thes e pathological signs in a single patient is extremely rare, and may be closely correlated to increased aggressiveness of the disease, as ref lected by the evolution of the clinical case described.
