Craniofacial clefts are rare, but devastating deformities with several
classification schemes, e.g., American Association of Cleft Palate Re
habilitation [I], Karfik [2], Van der Meulen et al, [3], and Tessier [
4], Because it is necessary to appreciate the relationship of skeletal
deformity and soft tissue involvement, Tessier's classification of a
numerical. system around the orbit has gained popular acceptance. A pa
tient with an unusual deformity which may be a number 10 cleft is pres
ented.
