Abstract
Neurological complications in clavicle fractures are rare. As a primar y lesion, it is caused by the trauma itself. More often however, the n eurological symptoms develop later by large callus formation that encr oach on the costoclavicular space. A case report is presented of delay ed injury to the brachial plexus due to clavicular fracture with nonun ion and callus formation.
