PROCESSING OF IMMUNOANALYTICAL DATA

Only few discussions have been focused on interpretation of data in th e field of immunoassay analysis and individual authors used different means of interpretation. Various types of the used standard curves, th e significance and the means by which the limit of detection as well a s the limit of quantification are determined, and the idea of analyte equivalency are discussed. The aim is to bring importance of the facto rs to the analyst attention and to indicate the way of presentation of the immunoassay results.
