Abstract
We report an immunocompromised patient who developed a cutaneous infec tion caused by acremonium which is a rare opportunistic Fungi. With th e increasing number of immunocompromised patients opportunistic fungal infection can cause serious diseases and early recognition is mandato ry. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V.
