Abstract
The problem describing of non-linear processes, governing the diffusio n of solitary waves on the water, are considered. The classical Kortew eg-de Vries's theory is generalized with due regard for non-linear int eractions of amplitude and frequency dispersions. The obtained formula e, predicting the solitary wave of new type, are tested with the help of laboratory experiments.
