Abstract
Interaction between bi-anisotropic particles in regular arrays excited
by plane electromagnetic waves is considered, Results of numerical si
mulations are compared with the results obtained by approximate analyt
ical methods, Different approximations are used, based on the mutual i
mpedance approach and on replacing the particles by combinations of el
ectric and magnetic dipoles, Validity area of the dipole approximation
is discussed, influence of mutual coupling on radar cross section of
chiral particles is studied.
