Abstract
Crosspolarisation characteristics of triangular microstrip antennas mo unted on a cylindrical body are studied using a full-wave analysis. Nu merical results of the far-zone copolarised and crosspolarised radiate d fields at the TM10 mode for different cylinder radii and flare angle s are calculated and analysed. A significant dependence of the crosspo larisation level on the cylinder radius and flare angle is observed. D etails of the results are presented.
