Abstract
A novel technique to model carrier to interference ratio (CIR) in mobi le radio is presented, based on the CIR time-autocorrelation and proba bility distribution functions. The model concept is simple, shows a hi gh degree of accuracy and may be applied to data other than CIR measur ements.
