Abstract
Modified maximum description length (MDL) is proposed to super-resolve multipath components in indoor wideband multipath channels. Modified MDL is studied using computer simulated multipath channels and experim ental multipath channels generated inside an anechoic chamber. Results have shown that, by introducing a threshold, modified MDL can accurat ely super-resolve the dominant multipath components but ignore the wea k components in both cases.
