Abstract
Purine nucleosides were chlorinated by the reaction of acyl chloride i n DMF with MCPBA under mild conditions with moderate yields. And, sati sfactory method for the synthesis of ribonucleoside-3',5'-cyclic phosp hates and its characterization by H-1 and C-13 nmr spectroscopy is des cribed.
