Abstract
Complete solution of the Laplace equation is analyzed for a surface of revolution separating the phases in a gravitational field. The soluti on is considered in the approximation when the radius of curvature of the pendant and sessile drops at their tops, which cross the axis, is small compared to the Laplacian capillary constant.
