Abstract
This paper presents the results of a calculation of the polarization s tate of radiation at the output of thin-film Polaroids when they under go small collimation rotations in space. The changes of the parameters of polarized radiation and the transmittances of the elements when th eir orientation deviates from normal are analyzed. (C) 1998 The Optica l Society of America.
