Abstract
The analysis of DNA adducts, important molecular biomarkers indicative of potential cellular damage by covalent attachment to DNA, is discus sed. The paper focusses on a discussion of the current status in the a nalysis of DNA adducts via the use of capillary high-performance liqui d chromatographic and capillary electrophoretic methods coupled to tan dem mass spectrometry.
