Abstract
Quasiclassical solution of the three-dimensional Schrodinger's equatio n is given. It is shown apparently that the existence of nonzero minim al angular momentum M-0 = (h) over bar/2 corresponds to the quantum fl uctuations of the angular momentum and contributes to the energy of th e ground state.
