Abstract
We evaluated the use of a novel three-dimensional ultrasound imaging d evice in patients with various head and neck lesions, The investigated system was found to be a valuable adjunct to conventional ultrasound in head and neck evaluations. A disadvantage of the three-dimensional system was the need for expensive technical equipment.
