Depletion in total protein of fore-gut, mid-gut and hind-gut have been
observed after pebrine infection in the larvae of tasar silkworm Anth
eraea mylitta Drury. The estimation of total protein of gut tissues af
ter carbendazim and chloroquine treatment have shown significant recov
ery. The combined action of stages, tissues and treatments were calcul
ated by three way analysis and discussed in this paper.
