Abstract
Allylic and propargylic amines give a chemoselective conjugate additio n to 3-chlorovinyl surfones under appropriate conditions. The resultin g allylamino sulfones are cyclized using tributyltin hydride to afford 2,4-disubstitued pyrrolidines in satisfactory yield.
