Abstract
The authors report a very unusual and unique case of pancardiac tuberc ulosis in a 25-year-old man who presented initially with atrial flutte r with 1:1 conduction. Echocardiographic findings, computerized tomogr aphy images, and pathology specimens are presented. After initiation o f antituberculous therapy, the patient converted to normal sinus rhyth m.
