Abstract
The light of a master laser and two semiconductor laser amplifiers was coupled coherently by means of a photorefractive InP:Fe crystal. A mu ltibeam coupling arrangement, in which multiple pump beams interact wi th one signal beam simultaneously, was used. Energy transfer efficienc ies up to 48% were achieved.
