Abstract
We introduce a graduation of unconditionally summing operators and pol ynomials in two different ways: One way consists in the scaling of the unconditionally p-summability, the other in the scaling of the degree of compactness at the point zero. As a main result it is shown that u nconditionally p-summability coincides with the weakly p-compactness f or certain parameters p.
