Abstract
Our immunocytochemical results demonstrate the presence of angiotensin AT(1) receptors in the cytoplasm and at the cell membrane in paravent ricular and supraoptic neurons of the rat hypothalamus. The reaction p roduct had a punctate appearance. We found no staining in the cell nuc leus. Similar results were obtained with an anti-idiotypic antibody to angiotensin II.
