Abstract
The properties of supercooled liquids are particularly interesting bec ause they cannot be understood simply as an extension of liquid proper ties at temperatures above the melting point, and in this sense they a re anomalous. These anomalies include apparent divergences and thermod ynamic contradictions. We give a general description of a select set o f anomalies and discuss how they can be understood within the theory o f frustration-limited domains.
