Interaction of perfluorobenzocyclobutene with I-2 In an SbF5 medium le ads to the formation of 2-iodoperfluoroethylbenzene and perfluoro-o-xy lene; perfluoro-1-methylbenzocyclobutene in the I-2-SbF5 system is tra nsformed into perfluoro-2-ethyltoluene.
