Abstract
The crystal structure of the title compound, C24H22O3, shows that both the pendant phenyl substituents at C3 and C4 have a twist conformatio n, while the pyran ring adopts a distorted sofa conformation due to pu ckering at C2 by the dimethyl substitutions.
