Abstract
The mutual effect of saccharin and 2-butyne-1,4-diol on the electroche mical deposition and dissolution of Ni was studied. Procedures were su ggested using cyclic voltammetry to determine saccharin and 2-butyne-1 ,4-diol in a sulfate-chloride electrolyte for nickel plating. The rela tive standard deviation in the determination of 0.05-0.3 mL/L of 2-but yne-1,4-diol and 0.3-2.5 g/L of saccharin varied from 4 to 13%. The ti me of determining both additives was no longer than 1.5 h.
