Abstract
In a study of the mechanism of UV-induced cationic polymerization of d ivinylether-onium salt systems, UV laser photolysis was performed. The transient absorption of cationic species was recorded in the range of 330-420 nm at room temperature. The decay rate constant of cationic s pecies was found to be 0.1 mu s(-1).
